Model Withdrawal Form

This is the model form that consumer law in the EU, the EEA and the UK provides for withdrawing from a contract. Use it only if you want to withdraw from a onemore.chat subscription.
You do not have to use it. An email that says clearly that you withdraw is enough, and it counts from the day you send it, not the day we read it.
The Terms of Service explain when the right to withdraw applies and when it is lost. The Privacy Policy explains what we do with what you send us.
How to send it
Copy the lines below into an email to [email protected], or print them and post them to the address on the form. Fill in every line.
Send it within 14 days of your purchase. We confirm that we received it, without delay.

What happens next
We acknowledge your withdrawal by email and pass it to Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record for the purchase. Any refund goes back through them, to the payment method you paid with.
One limit worth knowing before you send it: by using the unlocked features straight away you ask us to begin supplying the service during the 14 days, and the right to withdraw is lost once the service has been fully supplied. If it was only partly supplied, you may owe a proportionate amount for the part you used.
