Terms of Service
Last updated: 26 August 2026
This is the version of the terms in force, not a draft. They are not legal advice, and they have not been reviewed by a qualified lawyer. If you think something here is wrong, unclear or out of date, write to [email protected] and we will look at it.
These terms are the agreement between you and One More Chat Inc., the operator of onemore.chat, based in Türkiye. They explain what you can expect from us and what we expect from you, so please read them before you enter a chat.
Two other documents form part of this agreement: the Community Rules, which describe the behaviour we require, and the Privacy Policy, which explains what data we handle, how long we keep it, and when staff can see private content. If you do not agree with all three, please do not use onemore.chat.
In these terms, we and us mean One More Chat Inc., you means the person using onemore.chat, and the service means the onemore.chat website and everything we provide through it.
Accepting these terms, and who can use onemore.chat
You accept these terms the moment you enter onemore.chat, as a guest or signed in to a claimed account. There is no signature step: entering is the agreement. You are responsible for everything that happens on your account, including anything sent by someone else using your device.
onemore.chat is for adults only. We do not ask for your birth date, so entry is a self declaration: by entering, you confirm you are 18 or over. Declaring a false age is a serious breach. Reports of a suspected minor are fast tracked, and accounts we believe belong to someone under 18 are removed.
You also may not use onemore.chat where your country’s law forbids it, or if we have permanently suspended you before. Creating a new account to get around a suspension is itself a breach.
What the service is, and what we do not promise
onemore.chat is an anonymous one to one chat service. You are matched at random with another adult and talk with text and GIFs, and images, voice notes and video can unlock as described below. Either person can privately Keep a chat, and when both do, it becomes a connection you can return to.
We cannot promise that you will be matched, or matched quickly, or matched with any particular kind of person. Matching depends on who else is online, on the filters both people are using, and on how candidates rank at that moment.
We do not control what other people say or send. People can be rude or dishonest, or misrepresent who they are. Treat what a stranger tells you with care, never send money, and use report and leave when a chat turns wrong.
Your account
There are two kinds of account here.
Guest accounts can be lost for good
A guest account is a real account on our servers, holding your nickname, avatar, chats and settings. It has no email and no password, and is tied to the browser and device you entered from.
If you clear your browser data, close a private window, or move to another device, you can lose it permanently. There is no recovery path: we cannot restore a guest account, because we cannot prove it was yours.
An unclaimed guest account that has been inactive for 90 days and has no connections is deleted automatically.
Claiming an account
Claiming attaches an email address, using a one time code, or a Google identity to the account you already have. It is not a new account and nothing is migrated.
It preserves your nickname, avatar, chats, connections, blocks, trust history, subscription and settings, and lets you sign in from other devices. You need a claimed account to subscribe. If that email address or Google identity already belongs to another account, we never merge the two: you are simply signed in to that other account.
One account is signed in at a time in a browser profile. You may not run several accounts at once, or create accounts to get around a restriction, suspension, rate limit or block.
Gender and identity changes
You choose Woman or Man when you enter. This cannot be changed in settings, because it is used for matchmaking even when hidden from your profile. In exceptional cases staff can correct it, and every correction is logged.
Before your first match you get three free rerolls of your nickname and avatar. After that, identity details can be changed at most three times in any rolling 24 hours. The limit stops people changing identity to escape a report.
Your content and the licence you give us
You keep ownership of everything you write, upload and send. We do not claim it, sell it, or use it in advertising.
To run the service we need permission to handle it. You grant us a non exclusive, worldwide, royalty free licence to host, store, copy, transmit, resize, transcode, blur and display your content, only to deliver it to the person you are chatting with, back up the service, and investigate safety reports and legal requests. The licence ends when the content is deleted under the retention periods in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for what you send. You confirm you have the right to send it, that it does not break the law, and that it does not break the Community Rules.
Be realistic about what you share. Deleting a message stops us serving it, but the other person may already have seen or captured it.
Acceptable use and the Community Rules
The Community Rules are binding and form part of these terms. onemore.chat is safe for work first: there is no adult mode, and no NSFW content is allowed in messages, media, bios or nicknames. These are never allowed:
- Sexual content or sexual pressure, including explicit media and advances repeated after someone has said no.
- Anything involving minors, including sexualised content, grooming, or being here yourself while under 18.
- Harassment, hate, threats, stalking or encouraging self harm.
- Scams, blackmail, sextortion, requests for money, spam and bulk advertising.
- Impersonation, or sharing someone’s private information without consent.
- Malware, phishing, and links intended to harm or deceive.
- Scraping, bots, automation, and circumventing paywalls, rate limits, blocks or suspensions.
Media, permissions and limits
Images and voice notes unlock for both people in a conversation when at least one of them has an active Basic or Pro subscription. Video requires Pro. The other person does not need a subscription to reply in kind. Nobody is told who paid unless they choose to show their subscription on their profile, which is off by default.
The recipient’s settings always win. If someone has set a media type to do not allow, a paid plan never overrides that: the send is refused before any subscription is even considered. Images and video arrive as a blurred preview by default, and voice notes ask for permission by default, so the first send of a kind may need the recipient to agree.
Blurred previews are generated on our servers, and the real file is not sent until the recipient reveals it. Voice notes and videos never play by themselves.
Upload limits: images up to 100 MB (HEIC, HEIF, JPEG, PNG or WebP); voice notes up to 2 minutes and 15 MB; video up to 60 seconds and 500 MB (MP4, WebM or QuickTime; ProRes files are not accepted).
We process uploads before delivery: images are resized and converted, voice and video are re encoded, location and camera metadata is removed, and your original file is deleted as soon as processing finishes. Media is delivered through signed links that expire in minutes. When a subscription ends, that affects future sending only, never media already received.
Links and contact details shared by users
You are allowed to share links, usernames and contact details. We do not block links, preview them, or check where they lead. Links open in a new tab and take you off onemore.chat.
Whatever is on the other side of a link belongs to whoever runs that site. Their terms and privacy practices apply, not ours, and we are not responsible for what happens there. Moving a conversation to another app is your choice, and it takes you outside our protections: blocking, reporting and enforcement only work inside onemore.chat.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions unlock media in conversations and a few extras listed below. They never change how moderation treats you.
What a subscription changes
Basic unlocks images and voice notes for both people in a conversation. Pro adds video. Both plans also unlock the gender filter in matchmaking, raise how many interests your profile can carry (three without a plan, six on Basic, ten on Pro), and lengthen the Recent Random Chats list (three as a guest, ten once claimed, thirty on Basic, one hundred on Pro). Pro additionally gets a higher starting priority in the filtered matchmaking queue, which usually means a shorter wait, not a better person.
Nothing else about the service depends on paying. The rules, the moderation ladder and the appeal process are identical for everyone.
Plans and prices
Pricing: Basic is 4.99 USD per month and Pro is 8.99 USD per month. Annual plans are offered where they are available in the store, at 49.99 USD per year for Basic and 89.99 USD per year for Pro, which works out at roughly two months free. All prices are in US dollars, and tax such as VAT or sales tax may be added at checkout depending on where you are. The plans, cycles and prices shown at checkout are the ones that apply to your purchase.
You need a claimed account to subscribe: a guest account can be lost with the browser it lives in.
Auto renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price then in force. You can cancel at any time through the customer portal, which you reach from settings.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. Access continues to the end of the period you already paid for, and we do not refund the unused part unless the law says otherwise. When a plan ends, that affects future sending only. If a payment fails, access continues while the payment provider retries, and ends if the subscription then expires.
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, acting as merchant of record. It is the seller for the transaction: it processes the payment, issues the invoice, and calculates and remits sales tax and VAT.
Their terms and privacy notice apply to the payment itself, and they are the counterparty for chargebacks and payment disputes. We never receive or store your full card details.
Right to withdraw for EU and UK consumers
If you are a consumer in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you normally have 14 days from purchase to withdraw from a digital subscription without giving a reason.
By using the unlocked features straight away, you expressly ask us to begin supplying the service during those 14 days, and you accept that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully supplied. If it was only partly supplied, you may owe a proportionate amount. To withdraw, contact [email protected] or Lemon Squeezy within the 14 days.
A model withdrawal form is at onemore.chat/en/withdrawal. You may use it, but you do not have to: an email saying clearly that you withdraw is enough.
Refunds and price changes
Beyond the statutory rights above, refunds are at our discretion. Ask through [email protected] or Lemon Squeezy, and we look at each request on its facts. This is the only refund policy: the Community Rules and the Privacy Policy do not add to it.
Enforcement action does not entitle you to a refund. If your account is restricted, suspended or removed for breaking these terms or the Community Rules, the remaining subscription time is not refunded.
We may change our prices. If a change affects a subscription you already have, we tell you at least 30 days before it takes effect, so you have time to cancel before the renewal at the new price.
Moderation and enforcement
We act on reports rather than reading conversations. Reporting is one tap: report and leave ends the chat, blocks the other person, and attaches the recent conversation context automatically. You can add a category and details for 24 hours afterwards. The Community Rules explain the flow, and the Privacy Policy explains what the evidence snapshot holds and how long it is kept.
When a report is upheld, enforcement follows a ladder, and the step depends on what happened and on the account’s history: a warning, a media restriction, a chat restriction, a matchmaking restriction, a temporary suspension, then a permanent suspension.
Threats, suspected minors, exploitation and illegal activity skip the earlier steps and are reviewed ahead of the queue. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material: confirmed cases are reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, content is preserved as the law requires, and the account is removed permanently.
Paying for a subscription gives no immunity: enforcement decisions are the same for subscribers as for everyone else.
Staff access to private content
Private conversations are not proactively scanned or read by automated content filters. Authorised staff can, however, access conversations, media, previous versions of edited messages and recently deleted content when needed for safety, support, fraud prevention, platform operations or legal reasons.
That access is controlled: two factor authentication is mandatory, a reason is recorded every time, the audit log cannot be edited, viewed images are watermarked with the staff member’s identity and voice and video play behind an identity overlay, sessions are short, roles are least privilege, and staff tooling offers no downloads. The Privacy Policy has the detail.
Appeals
You can appeal an enforcement action once, within 30 days of the action. The appeal is reviewed by a different staff member from the one who applied it, and you will be told the outcome, which may be to uphold, reduce or overturn the action.
We keep internal trust signals, such as account age, reports received and confirmed violations. They are never shown publicly, they never apply a restriction on their own, and rapid skipping is recorded but never counts against you. The Privacy Policy lists them.
Suspension, termination and what survives
You can stop using onemore.chat at any time. To delete your account, use the delete account control in settings and confirm it. The account is then scheduled for deletion and you are signed out.
You have 30 days to change your mind: sign back in within those 30 days and press restore, and the deletion is cancelled. After 30 days the erasure runs and cannot be undone. An unclaimed guest account has no email address to sign back in with, so for a guest the deletion is final at the moment you confirm it.
Deleting your account cancels an active subscription at the end of the period you have already paid for, and that period is not refunded. The Privacy Policy sets out what happens to your data, including what is anonymised rather than erased.
We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms or the Community Rules, if the law requires it, if it protects other people, or if we stop offering the service. Where reasonable and lawful, we will tell you why.
Some things survive the end of your account:
- The other participant’s copy of a conversation you shared. A conversation has two sides, and leaving does not delete what you sent from their account.
- Report evidence, enforcement records, appeal decisions, staff audit logs, and the signals used to stop banned accounts coming straight back.
- Anything we must keep for a legal obligation, a legal hold or a child safety report.
Terms that keep applying
The content licence, and the sections on disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law, continue to apply after your account ends.
Our intellectual property, and infringement claims
We own onemore.chat itself: the software, design, interface, artwork, name and logo. You get a personal, limited, revocable and non transferable right to use the service while these terms apply. You may not copy, scrape, resell or reverse engineer any part of it, or use our name or logo to suggest we endorse you.
If you believe content here infringes your copyright or another right you own, email [email protected] with a description of the right, where the content appears, your contact details, a good faith statement that the use is not authorised, and confirmation that your information is accurate and that you may act for the rights holder.
We are registered with the United States Copyright Office as a designated agent to receive copyright notices under section 512(c)(2) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Notices sent to [email protected] reach that agent, and our entry appears in the Copyright Office’s public directory of designated agents.
We may remove or restrict infringing content, and may suspend accounts that infringe repeatedly.
Disclaimers
onemore.chat is provided on an as is and as available basis. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, timely, error free or secure, that every message will be delivered, or that any defect will be fixed.
We do not verify anyone’s identity, and we do not verify age beyond the self declaration at entry. We do not check the truth of what another user tells you, and we do not promise that any match will be pleasant, safe or honest.
TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE PROVIDE THE SERVICE WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, data, opportunities or reputation. We are not liable for what other users do, for third party sites reached through a shared link, or for what happens on another platform.
Where we are liable, our total liability for all claims in any 12 month period is limited to what you paid us for subscriptions in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 US dollars if you have never paid us anything, whichever is the greater.
Nothing here excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. If you are a consumer, rights you cannot waive under the law where you live are unaffected by these terms.
Indemnity
If someone brings a claim against us because of how you used onemore.chat, you agree to cover the reasonable costs, damages and legal fees that result, including claims about content you sent, your breach of these terms or the Community Rules, and your infringement of someone’s rights.
If you are a consumer, this applies only to the extent the law allows, and only where the claim is caused by your own breach or fault.
Changes to the service and to these terms
The service is under active development, and we may add, change, pause or remove features. If a change would materially reduce what your paid plan gives you, we will tell you and you can cancel first.
We may also update these terms, for example when we add a feature, change billing, or need to reflect a new legal requirement. The updated version is published here with a new last updated date.
For material changes we give notice first, in the app and by email where you have claimed your account, at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If you keep using onemore.chat after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service and cancel any subscription.
Governing law and where disputes are heard
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes will be heard by the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Türkiye.
If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer law where you live, and it does not stop you bringing proceedings in your own country’s courts where the law gives you that right.
Consumers in Türkiye have their own route. For 2026 the threshold is 186,000 Turkish lira: a claim below that amount goes to the provincial or district consumer arbitration committee (il or ilçe tüketici hakem heyeti) where you live or where the transaction took place, and applying there first is compulsory. A claim of 186,000 lira or more goes to the consumer courts. The threshold is revalued every December, so check the current figure before you apply.

A note for consumers in the EU and the EEA. The European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform was shut down on 20 July 2025 and no longer exists, so there is no link to it here. We do not take part in an alternative dispute resolution scheme and are not obliged to, because we are not established in a member state. You can find the certified out of court bodies for your country at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/dispute-resolution-bodies, and the European Consumer Centres Network handles cross border consumer disputes.
If you are in the EU and we restrict your account or your content, you may also take that decision to an out of court dispute settlement body certified under Article 21 of the Digital Services Act. Consumers in the UK can use the routes their own consumer law provides.
